Bumble foot and what type to use

For first time i’m planning to try cut bumble foot pus out. I haven't tried it yet because i wanted to know what list i need to have. Questions too.

What kind antibiotics ointment i need?
What kind /where to find pain killer for chicken? Not human painkiller.

How often i need change bandage?

Here's a link showing pics and explaining how to do bumblefoot surgery. If you successively remove all of the infection the first time, you wont have to do surgery again and there will be no need for antibiotics.

Have you tried non-invasive methods of removing bumblefoot with soaking and antibiotic ointment then wrapping? It's less traumatic on both ends and is successful if you're consistent.
