Can't Deny It Any Longer

All signs pointed to my sweet Pidgeotto being a rooster, but I kept hoping he was just a really big and bold hen. He crowed in my face this morning when I opened the coop . 2 out of 3 chicks being male is some bad luck. I know some hens will crow, anyone want to give me some hope?
