Yay! I think so too! What do you think about good type? I posted in the marans thread, I've got eggs incubating, so just feeling out future options.

I'm horrible at selecting for type, I haven't been able to grasp it enough confidently even with my own. I think my eyes see it as I picked out one of my boys as the best, but my brain second guesses itself. @BlueTheBrahma has been a huge help explaining type with drawings even and helps with my selections.

If it's any help at all I like him.

I'm gonna try and get some better pics. It's hard to get him without all his ladies, especially the Wheatens and my English Orp, they're attached to his hip I totally get what your saying, I've been going over notes and looking at him, saying yeah that's good, then looking again and saying maybe not‍

I'm having a hard time getting correct pics with mine also. They're in the bachelor run so when I let them out, they want to immediately run towards the girls pen and on high alert, in ga ga mode.. so not getting good relaxed pics.

I like the look of him from what I can see. I could do with even more, less obstructed by the girls and from more angles. If you could get some of these I’ll give you a full breakdown of judging points.

Oh lord, the bottom fell out of it when I got home, so no pics, but I did take the nice dark opportunity to candle all the eggs, lol. The 24 set for the gal who ordered all are developing nicely! Out of the marans eggs, the first 3 Cersei laid were not fertile, the rest look good! Onyx is still sitting on here like the lunatic she is
