Chick with splayed leg and no balance

I used a seedling heat mat, cut a peanut butter jar in half (they're plastic) so it isn't too high, covered the inside of the box with that reflective bubble wrap so it reflects the heat back at them. That turned out to be too hot so I removed it. I'll take them out this morning see if they can walk. There are two of them saw another one with just one leg splayed so he has a buddy. I've been giving them water and food. If they can't stand/walk they'll go in the sling for another day.
You can also use hobbles the align their legs so they don’t slide outwards.

Yes those seedling mats get warm!

Found another one with wry neck and another splay legged one. So now it's four of them sitting in half peanut butter jars around a peanut butter lid containing food like four old friends going out for dinner.
Still giving the wry neck chicks vitamin E supplement. No change with the splay legged ones except that their legs are closer together

You may also want to supplement with Vit B and selenium, not sure if you have a farm supply store near you, or if you will need to get online.

I'm also giving electrolyte brand name Poul Vite from peavey before it shut down, that should have B and selenium, right? Wry neck chick couldn't eat. So I opened its beak, put crumble on its tongue, it swallowed, rinse and repeat.
