Chicken loosing balance, tail down, stands alot

What did you deworm with - product name, dose and duration?

I'd check her crop to make sure it's emptying.
If she's not laid in a while, it may be worth giving her Extra Calcium for a few days to see if she's able to expel any material. Give 1 Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily.

Do you have an antibiotic on hand?
I do not have any antibiotics, I don't even know if you can get them at feed stores or anywhere without a vet.

Her crop empties but as of this morning she cant even stand 🥺😥. Still alert but can't hold herself up just falls over.

Im at a complete loss now if there is a way to help her.

I'm sorry she's getting worse:(

It sounds like she may be on her way out. Sometimes all we can do is offer supportive care, keep them hydrated and try to get some food into them.

I would suspect she has something reproductive going on, but there's no way to know for sure unless you lose her and have a necropsy. You can have your State Lab do it for you or if you feel up to it, investigate further yourself.

As for supportive care...is there an amount of food and water or like a time schedule I should follow?.... i want to do my best even if this is it.

Just to be sure have you checked her vent closely again in case she has any maggots or fly strike? Is she moving her legs, but too weak to stand or walk? You can make a small bowl of wet chicken feed with some dry as well, and scrambled egg bits or tuna. Offer it and water 15 ml per pound 2-3 times a day. What kind of vitamins do you have? You can make her a chicken sling to keep her upright, and place food and water right in front of her. Here are some examples in posts 5, 11-14, and 31:

I checked her bum again as I washed it, didn't see anything

I have this, super b complex, and the calcium citrate + D3.

I did make her a sling but she cant even keep her head up, she even wouldn't take her favorite treat an as the day has been going doesn't open her eyes now.

I don't think shes going to make it through the day, Im gutted.

This is the other thing I have

I will be right back to give more advice. Just keep her stable, chicken sling or padding some rolled towels around her. Just like First Aid at this point. Reassure her, talk to her. Scrooch under her chin. I'll be back.

Real quick, I see a lot of unformed urates which means she is struggling to compile them right. Has your chicken got history of reproductive disease?
I don't know if she did or not. She started laying again when weather got warmer (maybe 3 times Ive only had her less than a full year) then I left for 2 days and after I came back she never layed again but acted fine otherwise
