Chicken poop

Hi, my chicken has been feeling ill recently. She has been lethargic for a few days now we brought her inside and she hasn’t been eating or drinking like she used to. She always tries to sleep and just pooped today and it has been all water. I know when chicks drink most of the poop will be water but I feel like this is too much. I uploaded pictures of the poop so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

We have never wormed our chickens, but this sounds like maybe that could be an issue with her. How many chickens do you have in total? Just curious if any others are acting off a little bit. Have you ever wormed yours?

I'd put her on probiotics too to help her digestive system. Those come in powders for putting in their water, or Greek yogurt is really good. She could have a tablespoon or two of that.

Scrambled eggs is something I bet she'd eat, just to get her eating something. Also, when I've wet their crumbles in a dish, they go mad over that. You could try doing that too.

How many chickens do you have in total

We currently have 6 chickens in total. We just started her on a dewormer yesterday because we also believe it is worms. She is slowly eating but is drinking a lot of water. All the other chickens are doing fine it’s just her that has the concern. She hasn’t laid either. There was a sonogram done on her and she hasn’t laid either 2 eggs that she has to lay but has probably been stressed with everything going on.
