I have a almost year old chicken that to my knowledge has been fine
. I say that because I practically live in my coop. Now this morning I walk into the coop to let them out and I find my little girl sitting on the floor. She won't stand or walk bit seems just fine other than that. I'd her legs just aren't moving. Can someone please help me....

Just a note...I can feel when I pick her up her trying to use her legs but when she's down she just sits there...I put her in front of feed she kinda pecked at it sorta spun herself around and that was it.

It may take some time and observation to find her problem. It could be an injury, or it may be an illness that has made her lame. I would separate her into a basket with food and water. Add a chick viatmin with electrolytes to her water. Put her on an old towel or puppy pads to see what her droppings look like. Was she vaccinated for Mareks as a chick? Are her legs and feet flaccid or paralyzed, ot does she move them when stroked? Are her feet curled under? Make sure that she is drinking fluids, or give them with a dropper or spoon to her beak carefully and slowly so as not to choke her. Offer a chopped egg, and her usual feed.

her droppings are a mixture of runny and a solid is mixed in with a yellow liquid. Her toes on one foot seem to be curled but when I pick her up she sorta uncurls them. I did pull her away from the rest and she scoots around but not walks. She has a little shaking I noticed in her legs. As far as shots I'm not sure. I doubt it. I bought her from a breeder but I don't know if they gave shots. She's the only one with the problem. But I am worried bc I just bought 25 chick's from the cackle hatchery and I had several of them just doesn't on me and I have one that I have separated now that walked like it was a little drunk and had the shakey. It seems a little better today but idk.

sorry about the doesn't... it was suppose to say "die",

Make sure that the hen and the shakey chick are getting vitamins with electrolytes in their water. Feed stores sell SaveAChick and other brands, such as Vitamins With Lactobacillus by Rooster Booster. Dip the chick's beak and let it swallow several times an hour all day long. Is the hen taking food or water?

Can you get a picture of the droppings to post? The yellow in her droppings could possibly be egg material, and sometimes E.coli can cause yellow droppings as well. Has she had any issues with laying soft or shell-less eggs, or stopped laying? So many things can cause lameness, such as Mareks disease, egg yolk peritonitis, vitamin deficiencies, and even dehydration and coccidiosis can as well.

not to much. I did put a couple of drops of liquid b complex supplement in their water today until I can get to feed store. It's out of town here. Also I had put my girl into a little house by herself and propped a half cut palette in the door way to stop her from scooting out into the yard. I was leaving to go to feed store and walked out to check on her and she's actually jumped up and perched herself on top of that pallet. Do you have any idea on what could be the problem....I'm scared bc I would hate for this to be something that could affect my entire flock...

If she is able to jump up and perch, then I think she is doing better already. Maybe she got hurt earlier. Keep us posted on how she is doing. I would watch to see if she lays any odd eggs, or if the yellow diarrhea continues. Internal laying and egg yolk peritonitis can affect any age hens, although it is more common over 2 years. They can avoid walking, walk like a penguin, have a poor appetite, diarrhea, and lose weight through the breastbone or keel. They also can have a fuller lower belly or tightness from fluid. Hopefully, itis nothing serious.
