Cockerel or Pullet? - 9 weeks old Southern Rustic Rambler

Hi, Purchased from Tractor Supply and in this photo at 9 weeks old. They said they were Southern Rustic Ramblers, but not much info about them on the internet. Can you help me identify if this is a Cockerel or a Pullet? Thank you for your help!

Looks like a pullet.
 
I don’t know this “breed”, which seems like a cross. However, the legs appear pretty thick, there is a lot of wattle growth for 9 weeks old. Saddle feathers typically can’t be seen until closer to 12 weeks, but that area looks a bit more “raggedy” instead of having rounded feathers like a female, so there is likely Male saddle feathers That will show up. My guess is male.
