Is there a concern that the joints being taped all the time are causing wounds? Looks like there's some scabbing under the tape, hard to tell.
She looks to have leg deformity. She certainly has a long way to go with healing if that's possible.
I do agree, the scabs/wounds need to be treated, if she's continually injuring the top of the foot, that needs to be remedied somehow.
