Donation Roo or ….

Black Australorp but yep! Me too. As we may move in a year or two, may one day have 8 more remarkable layers and a roo to donate. Seven hens and minimally I get six eggs a day. Now that temps have hit 50 Charles seems content to crow alllllllll day long. Allllll day long.

His undercarriage feathers looked blue to me in the pics but there's my limited knowledge of that showing. All my BA hens are pitch black.

It's a crow fest here with 5 boys.

Likely my awful photos. He had a sheen of green to them. Very pretty. The hens don’t really seem to have that sheen or at least they don’t presently.

Oh my. Five boys! I only have seven hens so two was one too many for my girls once they became hormonal and the fighting started.
