I washed the poop away but it looked just like charcoal flakes and she hasn't gotten into anything. I pulled her from the coop because of a bully male. I've given her the apple cider vinegar yesterday to flush anything out because she didn't like the oregano. Her feathers are all ruffled and she's very wobbly on her legs. My sweet girl has always had a bad habit of picking things up and I've always gotten her feeling better but this time she is just not doing well at all.Can you go get a clear photo of the poop with black flakes?
What exactly is she eating?
I know he has been such a stressed for my little girl. She's a lot smaller than my other female who is and Indian runner and no one seems to mess with her but my little one she is only a year in a half and her drake she grew up with is such a gentle soul compared to the khaki cambell, he rules the roost for sure. I did the apple cider vinegar which she hated, did oregano and even did an Epsom bath which she did really good on. Today she is looking so much better. Wanting to eat, poop is greenish brown and sandy texture but she is on crumbles. Still napping a lot since I put her inside a week in a half ago but I was super concerned this time because she wasn't improving like last time. She's a huge loner but inside she loves being around the humans so I think she'll stay inside for a good long bit. Anything else I should do for her even if she is looking brighter today? I'm monitoring her like a hawk making sure she is eating and drinking and I might just need to get the charcoal just to have on hand. Thank you so much for your help also, she's my sweet girl who I'm overprotective of because she's small. Oh, also she is a khaki Campbell also. How old is she? it's good you removed her since you have a bully drake. Do you have any poultry cell it is a good product for helping when one isn't feeling well. It could be the stress of being bullied that can really wear them down. Could her feathers be showing that the drake has been overmating her?
Do you have any activated charcoal you could flush her system out if you think she ate something toxic. When mine eat mud their poops come out black but not flaky that sounds like she might be dehydrated. Maybe the drake was keeping her from eating and drinking much.

Hi there so I just wanted to let you know my sweet Havie is doing much better today. Her poop is forming so I know she is eating more. She's having normal poops also but she is sleeping a lot still and still fluffed up feathers. She enjoyed her bath time today and just naps most of the day. I just don't know if it's normal for her to sleep so much. I noticed her chest feathers have been picked at like she was nervous outside so she picked at her feathers or it could have been the bully male. She's still wobbly but she's walking around more. She is very loved indeed and I'm trying my hardest to get her back happy and healthy I don't know if I am worrying too much and just let her do her own thing?? Thank you for all your help. It has eased my mind because I'm such a worry wort with my ducks. If any consolation I have 5 females separated from my 2 drakes. 3 stay separated because they are old the other 2 are younger but one got her head infected from mating and she is healed but waiting for her feathers to grow back so she has some padding before I try and let her out with the rest.
Activate charcoal is found in the antacid section and is good to have on hand.
I am happy to hear she is doing much better now, she just needed time without the stress and TLC. Did you put the ACV into her drinking water that is how I do it here? and dried oregano mixed into their feed. it's okay to be protective I am the same with mine. Sure sounds like she is loved.
Let us know how she is doing. [Now that you have removed this KC be sure to watch he doesn't zero in on your Runner female.]
Okay I will see if my feed store has that and I can bring her drake out because he misses her a ton but he's just so loud for the house or else I'd bring him in too but he's very gentle so I know he won't attack her or get rough, His names Ed. I know even he has missing feathers on his neck like my girl. I just have one very bossy boy and above all this they are housed with a goose and she doesn't bother any of the ducks. She thinks they are her babies lol. I'll try and see if Ed will make her happy tomorrow. Thank you!!So happy to hear she is doing much better! If you can I would pick up some Rooster Booster "Poultry Cell" and start her on it. It is very good for our birds that have been stressed out. Can you take her out and let her see the other ducks but have her where the drake can't get to her? I use dog Xpens for this. Maybe she would perk up if she could spend some time outside with the ducks.
The drake may have plucked her feathers I usually she this with a broody.
