Duckling still nasaly after course of antibiotics

so my almost 5 week old duckling just finished a course of antibiotics the vet prescribed due to some wheezing and open mouth breathing
But the poor thing still is making a nasaly stuffing sound and occasionally open mouth breathing
Other than that acting normal, eating pooping and playing like normal.
I give it oregano, and have been giving vetrx every 3rd day to help plus some vitamin supps in water
Im worries it’s something worse im a new duck mumma and everything makes me worry

Can you get a video of what this sounds like? What bedding and feed are you using? High dust content can seriously irritate some bird more than others.

They are sleeping on these soft towels and blankets
Do you rekon the micro fibre could be causing it?
What would be the best options for them to sleep on? Could our dogs hair be annoying as well?
They will be going out to the outside coop in about a week and a half

Do they have a water dish that's deep enough to dunk their heads in? Even ducklings need to clear their nares (nostils).

Yes and they have no issues with dunking and blowing bubbles through their nostrils
