I 'member the first time I tried white GF bread. I let it rise too long and it spilled all over the pan sides and into the oven....

Not an idjit, try another recipe maybe? And watch tsp vs Tbsp?

Some recipes are just plain bad, I had one that called for a tablespoon of baking soda in a banana bread loaf. It was nearly inedible...

The most recent bread batch I made smelled like whole wheat bread, and the crust tasted like it too..... I can't figure out what I did different!!

Baked it longer mebbe? It sure tasted good.....
