It seems to me that I have just dark green algae?? Their tank isn't ever in sun, only indirect sunlight. I was maybe considering a bigger pleco, because my goldfish's mouth definitely isn't big enough to eat one.

Are they good with algae control?

I honestly have no idea, all I know is that he looks kinda like this guy but with a bit greener than blue stripes...

I love zebra danios. My last one died this year, old age.

Of course! I got two, didn't know until later that I had one of each sex. I got tired of repeated spawns of babies, no LPS here to sell them to, so I sold the momma and the remaining babies to a pet store two hours' drive away. The male didn't do well and died soon after, missed his mate I guess.

I completed a water change on my ponds today. I saw my 2 goldfish but the koi and the babies were still hiding. The water temp is at or below 60 right now so that’s to be expected.

That breaks my heart my Danio had a buddy, Bob, but he died. His death was unusual, because over the course of like a week or more, his belly swelled and he couldn't swim. Then he passed
