I hear you! Yesterday when I opened the barn door and they all raced/flew to the I saw Mrs LC headed towards me so I ducked sideways and at the last moment she also changed direction and landed on my shoulder hahahaha. Mr LC flew over my head up onto the run fence. Landing in the evil white stuff

Oh yes auto-sexing with that lovely colour, and dark eggs. I was looking at them a couple years ago and there are none around here.

Just noted that Performance Poultry here in Ontario, has Welbars, and also Orloff, and (as I already knew) Dark Brahmas.

You get orloffs, and I'm going to ask for access to your cameras. They're top of my wish list.

Also I'm having trouble swallowing because of a tonsil/sinus infection. Of course I got prescribed a horse pill antibiotic

My DD is top sales w/ a distributor of specialty clothing, household, yard, personal, animal novelties, & she's been stressing to marketers to come up w/ more chicken breeds & more hens than roos in their decor since backyard chickens is a growing trend. They finally listened to her!

That's a very lifelike plush kitty!

Glad you got tended to for that infection! Your tonsils inflamed means they're doing their job fighting infection too.

In the 1940's it was fashionable to remove children's tonsils (& adenoids whatever that is?) so I have no tonsils to help fight infections.

I get horrible stomach pains or gut reactions to medications or spiced foods, so I take probiotics to balance stomach bacteria. I used to only take probiotics w/ antibiotics but now I take one daily in my older age.

I hate horse pills! Why not just make them smaller and take multiple?! UGH! Feel better soon Jenn!!

I had one of those cats as a kid. The fur real friends cat! Mine was the orange one
