Getting two Polish Chickens! Any tips for caring for them?

Hahaha they are very awkward at five weeks! This was my Agador at that age:

And this was my first sign "Opal" (now Armand) was a little cockerel:

Okay, and because I'm a crazy chicken lady who can't resist oversharing, here they are as babies:

Okay @ButteCA your turn! Let's see those cute chickies!!
Aweee they are so cute!!!

I didn’t see this. I will take pictures tomorrow. Mine are kind of rough. Lady had them in a dog kennel for two months in the heat.Someone abandoned them along with a small black hen and a puppy. They are full grown and I figured I would give them a place to live. I would never close my chicken yard because it’s in a terrible spot and the sun beats down so I let them come and go and then a coyote came and went along with a rooster my babies and three hens so I had room. I should have known better. Now I lock them up at night. It had been such a long time since a predator came around. I got too comfortable.

Beautiful birds @Yorkshire Coop! Do yours talk all the time too? My gold laced is a tattle-tale and has to run up to the back door when something happens. It's good though, once my dark brahma hen fell between the feed container and the wall of the very hot coop, and Alfalfa ran to the kitchen door and yelled until I came, then she led me to the coop. Poor Dharma, she was on the way to having heat stroke.

Thank you @Dharmachick

Yes they are all tittle - tattler’s! We have full blown conversations. My 2 white crested black hens scream for attention too! They are extra loud!
I hatched all my polish that I have so they have been talked to all the time and are super tame. I find them more chatty than other breeds because I feel they compensate with talk for what they can’t see. Like if they can hear each other they are happy.

Alfalfa to the rescue! What a smart little hen to get help for Dharma :)

This is Alfalfa, Carmen, Boufalant and Doc. We got them from a feed store. Doc was 2 weeks old and the Polish were 2 days old and thought Doc was mom. Doc couldn't figure out why all the other chicks were pushing up against her.
