I tried the zucchini patties....oh my how yummy. When fresh out of the fryer, I sprinkled with more parmesan cheese and some sour cream. They are wonderful. And how much cheaper can you eat?
Now I know for sure Ill be planting zucchs this fall...mmm mmm mmm.
Well the Zucchinis are coming on strong - so way too many to make the patties all at once. So I shredded the zucchini into 1 cup measurements and frozen them. When frozen I re-wrapped in waxed paper in put in Zip Lock bags. But as I mentioned before the patties freeze real well - problem is you just to have time to make them. Glad to hear that you like this recipe - it is a really good one.
