I’m so sorry for your loss. Your state vet at Kissimmee can do a necropsy to look for a cause of death or identify a respiratory illness if you keep the body cold and take or send it in as soon as you can. Here is the list of state vet labs:

I am sad to say that we lost her shortly after my last update. No one else in the flock showed any symptoms or illness so I believe it may have been an isolated case.

It is very heartbreaking to lose them, especially when you can’t always determine what it is or how to help them. Hoping your girl pulls through it!

Hard to lose them but you did your best, reached out for help, sometimes it just happens. When we find out they are sick (since they hide it well) it may be too late already
