Love the cafeteria! I've seen plenty of PVC feeders, but putting in a garbage can was genius. That'll hold some feed!

That's the plan. I only put about 4 inches of feed into it in case I need to raise or lower it depending on how the birds can get their heads in there. That is, if they figure it out.
