Hi everyone...i bought 3 Lavender Pekins from my local market a couple of weeks ago and 2 are perfectly fine, but my littlest one isnt. I thought it was sour crop originally as when i went to pick her up, a creamy liquid came out of her mouth and i held her upside down for a few seconds until it passed but her crop was still very full and squishy, no bad smell though! She now seems to gag (but not with her mouth open...like a wretch from deep in her crop) every now and then...she is still eating (i have given her apple cider vinegar in her water, given her probiotic yoghurt and smashed up boiled egg in small quantities and some oil to help loosen the blockage) and separated her so she cant have anything like pellets or long grass etc but her crop doesnt fully empty at night and she still brings up tiny amounts of vomit...its only been 2 days...is there anything else i can do?

Sounds like sour crop. If so the vomited liquid usually smells like rancid milk. I had a rooster with sour crop and I fed him one crushed miconazole pill - an anti fungal for humans available without prescription from a pharmacy or online - and he recovered within 24 hours after that.
It is a fungus that causes the crop to sour after becoming impacted or slowed and sometimes it requires antifungal medicine to clear it. Massage the crop downward regularly and offer only water until she has recovered. Also be careful turning her upside down to vomit as she can get vomited fluids in her lungs.

I have only held her upside down that once as i thought it just needed to come out...since then she brings some up by herself while sitting on my lap...:/ what should i do food wise? Wont she die if i dont give her food? I shall look for an antifungal tablet :)

This article should help.

Ideally treat with the antifungal medicine and withhold food for a maximum of two days. So for example no food today, pill tomorrow morning, no food rest of tomorrow. Do make sure she has access to water and the acv in it is good. Some people even treat with antifungal cream given orally I believe, if you can't get ahold of the pill. There are a few different antifungals that are effective.

Which antifungal pill would you recommend?

How old are they?
You mention that the crop doesn't fully empty at night?

What is it like first thing in the morning before she has had anything to eat/drink?

They are 8 weeks old, we bought them last week...
I kept her and 1 of the other lavenders in a cage in my house overnight so neither had access to food or water and in the morning i checked their crops before putting them out and the other chicks crop was empty but hers was not...shes still in the cage with water and apple cider vinegar and ive given her some probiotic yoghurt and smashed up boiled egg in small quantities throughout the day...is this right?
