Is this a blocked vent?

My chick has a swollen bum and is balding around her vent. Is this a poop blockage? If so, how do I help her? I soaked her bum in warm water, but I’m afraid to try and expel anything in case it’s nothing. She’s acting fine, and doesn’t look uncomfortable.

My chick looks almost the exact same. Curious if you got any answers. So far she is acting ok. But she did have pasty butt a lot and now we have this.i let her soak for about 15 min in warm water. May add some prep H not sure what else i can do.
