Is this chick's size normal? Potential dwarf?

I have the same question. I bought chicks from cackle and ordered EEs,polish, australorps, and black sexlinks. They gave us an extra one of each. I have a baby that was identical to the EEs until they reached 1 week old. They kept growing and she stopped. She is now 1 month old and is very timid. She sleeps standing up and will stop eating/drinking if another chick comes near her. The mystery behind her size and demeanor is driving me crazy. Any insight would be appreciated. Attatched is a pic of her next to a bsl of the same age

It's generally called failure to thrive, and means there's something wrong in the development of the chick unfortunately.
Ever see one make it? She's a month old and is eating and drinking like the rest. She just eats more often. She is my favorite out of 19 chicks. It seemed like I chose her as my favorite and she stopped growing after that.

Runt Stunting Syndrome is the only reason where chicks become very slow in growth but they develop like chickens in much time if they have good diet ..
Only runt chickens need extra care

She has the best of care, at least the best I can give with my minimal knowledge and the fantastic people on this site. She is timid and sleeps standing up, but is one month old so I must be doing something right I guess. I've tried separating her, but she doesn't do anything but chirp. She won't eat at all when she's alone. Any tips on how to keep my girl above ground?

I was scared to Death for the longest time my littlest Runner "Runt" I would lose. She is now 6 months old and tiny. But not in attitude or energy. The vet has seen her and said she was as healthy as a horse. I hope your little duck turns out the same as my Runt, cuze she is just plain awesome!

That's really great my all love to her
