The feed store sold you old hens in bad health and told you to feed them scratch? Yikes.

Did they explain to you have hens slow down on egg laying after 2-3 years old so you may not get any eggs from these?

I'm no expert but that looks like worms in the poop....

She has a lot of intestinal shed in that dropping. And there are some worms in it. I would get Safeguard liquid goat wormer and worm that bird along with the rest of your flock. The best way to handle it is to give a 1/4 ml of safeguard liquid goat wormer per pound of body weight to each bird once a day for 5 days in a row.

You should not eat the eggs that are laid my the birds from the first dose until 2 weeks after the last dose.

It's very important that you go out and get a proper bag of feed. Tractor supply carries Flock Raiser. Get a bag of that and start them on it immediately. Give no more than a small handful of that scratch per day.

I would take the Leghorn with the messy bottom and soak her in a warm bath with a little bit of Dawn dish liquid in it and swirl the warm water around her back side to get her feathers clean. You may have to change the water a couple of times. When you're finished give her a good rinse and a towel dry and let her go off to preen herself while she dries for the rest of the day. If you leave her with a poopy butt she can get flystrike which is a very ugly situation for a bird to find itself in.

You need to put them on a balanced chicken feed ASAP. You cannot feed them seeds.
Please post pictures of the hen with the issue.
