Maybe try some of those new produce bags that are supposed to keep fruits & veggies fresh for weeks at a time. I don't recall the real name of them, but they were developed by some woman named Debbie something, and I saw them at BedBath&Beyond. They may be available at Walmart by now. They're reusable, too, I think. Just a thought. I haven't tried them yet, but I've heard they're just amazing. I do plan to try them; I end up throwing away gobs of produce, event past the point of chicken use.

Plant him a garden & grow him his own greens.

Plant several glass tanks as terrariums and rotate him through them so he can graze his own dinner?

Can he eat dandelions? They grow all winter. How about grass?

I've found the best thing to keep greens fresh is a salad spinner. Wash, spin, dump out the water and store in fridge. Works great.
Bags will work if you layer the greens in paper towels - not too dry and not too wet.

Consumer reports recently did a test on the green bags. Said the only thing they work for is bananas.

WOW! You guy's are quick..... thankyou.

I haven't thought about planting his own.....that is a thought!!

Where would I find a salad spinner!!

I had a beardie who wuldnt eat dragon food either, the solution to this is to soak it in warn water and mix it into the greens after it gets mushy. They dont realize its there, and they are getting the essentials they need.
as for keeping veggies fresh, I would replace all greens every few days.
Only buy what you need for a few days at a time.
Hope it helps.

Where would I find a salad spinner!!

Target, Walmart, BBB(Bed, Bath, Beyond) Probably even your local grocery store. And there's always online shopping.

I have a few veg heads here, so I keep a salad spinner handy ...or a bag with a small towel (or paper towel) in it.. and I grow quite a few greens for them in the backyard... Hibiscus and other edible flowers, too.
