Lice and diarrhea

I have searched the forums and articles for an answer, was unable to find that fit my problem. I have 6 chicken, all in molt a couple days ago I noticed runny Pooh in the coop. So I checked the girls out find lice and treated that with garden and poultry dust. My 10 month Cochran still has runny poop begin to be very watery. Is there maybe something else up with her. She is eating and drinking ok, not egg bound.

Give them plain boiled white rice mixed with buttermilk in their feed for a few days, it should stop the runs. Dust inside the coop and nests, and repeat dusting your birds and coop again in 7 to 10 days to kill lice hatched from eggs.

I had 0 luck with the poultry dust with my flock. Just purchased a permethrin 13.3% concentrate at the feed store and mixed 1/4 oz to 32 oz water in a fly spray bottle. Lightly sprayed my twonwith the worst infestation 3 days ago as well as nesting boxes a coop. Checked just now and the two have no lice that I can see. The one still has some eggs but I plan to treat again at day 7. So far I’m very happy with the results!
