Male or female?! Crested cream legbar

Marked as a pullet but the head spot is throwing me off...

the title says cream crested legbar.

I didn't answer as I know there's a way to do sex the chicks, but I can't remember what it is.
I know the males have a white/yellow spot on their heads but all of the pics that I’ve seen they were never outlined with black. So I’m not sure if it’s just a barring spot or a male spot.
 
Looks like a pullet. Legbar females also have one copy of barring gene, so they could have a white dot. One of my legbar hens had a huge white dot when she was a baby. She is a Reese line legbar and came from a breeder. I don't have her baby picture with me, but this is her as a pullet:

Edit to add: When I looked closely, the dot is not even white. So yeah, she should be a girl if she is a legbar.
