Mean, Egg Eating Hen

I have one hen that has been eating eggs for a while. Recently she has also become quite mean, squarking, fluffing up her feathers, and trying to peck me whenever I approach (whether she is in or out of a nesting box). I am going to have to either get rid of her or process her if she keeps doing this, as I am afraid that she will teach the other hens to eat eggs. Any tips on what I should do with her? I don't want to process her as she is still a good layer but I can't have a mean hen who eats eggs.

What have you tried? Here is an article on breaking an egg eater. In the end, though, it is not an easy habit to break. She wouldn't be the first hen who became soup because she was eating eggs.
