Metal Shed as a coop?

Well the past few days have been a roller coaster! After going back and forth with the seller and her brother, turns out we are still able to move forward with buying the house. It's just not going to be as quick as we were originally planning.:D
So as I'm super relieved about that, I'm also really bummed because my fiance had me cancel our chick order from Mt Healthy, which had a hatch date of 5/28 and delivery date of 5/30. We were going to place the order again, but now most of the breeds that we really wanted are completely sold out or wont be available until mid August :( and all the other hatcheries we've look at are either completely sold out, or don't have the breeds we wanted.

Does anyone have any sort of critique on the design I made? I think the only thing we want to change/add is some roost areas going from the edge of the roost ladder going diagonally to the wall.
Do you think we have enough ventilation?
If I'm doing the math correctly, we should have like 8 sq ft of vent holes between the 3" holes cut. (3" x 32 holes = 96 inches; 96/12=8) Then there's 4 "pre-made" vents on the shed already (2 front and 2 back) but I'm not sure on the sizes. Plus we will have 6 total solar powered exhaust fans (4.7" fans) I'm not sure how exactly they count as far as measurement for ventilation goes.
Plus we'll have 2 - 32"x24" windows with plexiglass to slide over them to have them open/closed.
Also should we include a dust bath area inside the coop? Should it be year round or just in the winter? They will have a 10'x20' run attached to the coop as well as access to the rest of our fenced in yard when we're outside to supervise (it's approx. 1/4 acre)

We found this shed on Temu. It has decent reviews and seems to be pretty sturdy against heavy wind hold up decent again the snow (which is definitely important in Pennsylvania!)
I have purchased chicken items on Temu, they seem to be a reliable company. Since they are an Asian company will the tariff fighting cause any problems? (changes in price, delays in shipping or custom problems)

Maybe the delay in the chicks arriving is a good thing. By coming at a later date will give you time to get you new house in order and also the chicks' coop set up. 🥰
