So there are no serious wounds? Maybe this the duck just needs a little time to recover. Maybe hes just beat up and sore from the attack?

@DuckyDonna The most serious of the wounds was the feathers that had been plucked from its lower back. I did not see any actual puncture wounds but it was hard to tell with all the missing feather holes. But there was no serious bleeding or anything like that. But all the research I have done just says "Wry neck can be caused my traumatic injury" and then leaves it at that. But with the way that it is able to pick its head up already I am not so much thinking wry neck any more and just trauma??

Ok, I'm really not thinking that wry neck can be caused by trauma but I need to get someone else in on this thread because I'm not sure and don't feel like I can give good advice. I'm so sorry, I wish I could but I know that @casportpony and @Pyxis can help! so that is the best that I can do!

I agree with @DuckyDonna I thought wry neck was vitamin deficiency. It looks a bit like a spinal injury. Maybe was bitten down on and bruised. I would just keep her quiet and as long as drinking eating and pooping just give her time. Maybe separate her in a hospital box for a few days so she doesn't have to struggle around. I had one I could see the back bone through a whole the size of a dime and with good wound care and hospital in the house she went on to be perfectly normal. They are tough little things but it does take time.

I'd say if (s)he is still doing the food-in-waste-out, I'd keep watching a bit longer.
