I will be building a couple coops and one run. I have a shed that I would like to convert, but I'm unsure if I should.

Good luck with your new flock. I’m definitely pro shed, but understand the hesitation. Consider using the shed as a coop, then building a shed for whatever you want to keep the current one for.
