What are the genetics involved in a partridge silkie?

I hatched a few eggs just to have some chicks to teach a few turkey poults. I expected possible mixed colors, but was surprised by the two colors. One is partridge and one looks to be blue. I have a buff roo, one buff hen and two blue hens. The buffs and one blue hen should be pure. The other blue hen could have been a blue/buff mix, but I also had a blue roo at the time and she is built just like him.

Is it possible it's partridge or just mixed color?

This is what it looks like. What does eb and +Pg actually mean? I think the +Pg is the partridge part.

Pg is the pattern gene. It is what gives Partridge birds their double laced look. eb is the Partridge gene.

So does that mean the buffs carry the partridge gene? I've never understood how you get partridge.

I did get another chick with these colors in previous hatch, but it didn't survive. It was weak from the start. I also got three buffs in that hatch. All in that hatch were from the buff pair.
