Couple of days ago I noticed one of my hens wasnt eating right and wheezing, I've separated her from the rest and gave her some bread and olive oil and treated her for parasites. And now her poo has gone very watery and green, is this anything to be worried about?? Shes eating normally now, acting normal and still laying normally. Thanksssss

Keep an eye on her as it could have been or be a respiratory illness. I would suggest keeping her separate from the others for a few weeks incase it is something contagious (but it sounds like you may have put her back in already).

Watery poop can be from drinking lots of water and green is often from what they eat. Is she free range? You would need to upload a photo for us to get a better idea of the poop.

No I haven't put her back yet (wanted to make sure she is 100% before I did) and yes they're free range, here's a picture of her droppings it's only started looking like this today, thank you for replying :)

I’m not an expert in chicken poop (though I have seen a lot of it, including cases where it was concerning looking), but the coloration doesn’t look bad. Is it possible that her wheezing was caused by something stuck or blocking her digestive system? She may be drink lots of water to help it pass.

Hopefully someone else could give you more specific advice if they have experienced the same, but if I was you, I would continue to keep her separate and monitor for a minimum period of 2 weeks from the initial onset of symptoms. If she continues to act perfectly normally and her poop firms up as time passes, then it was probably something simple that she was able to deal with (instead of a full on illness that she could pass to others).
