Possible Bumble Foot?

One of my boys has this ENORMOUS bulge on his foot.
Is this Bumble Foot? It is quite swollen and as you can see there are scabs, which if removed cause quite a lot of bleeding.
He is still walking around on it (I've separated him)

What are some at home remedies for this?
I feel like at this size it almost needs to be drained or might need anti biotics?

I am also thinking a deep Epsom Salt soak plus possible Iodine Soak?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Could you also post a picture of the other foot, or both feet while standing on them? Yes, he has probably has bumblefoot, but he also could have gout. Are the 2 scabs from you cutting, or was there a scab on the foot pad before? Did you get any solid core out of the scab when you squeezed a bit? You can soak the feet in either warm Epsom salts or Betadine for 15 minutes a day. Another common practice is to use a foot dressing after putting on sugardine or Prid drawing salve. Sugar is mixed with drops of Betadine into a paste to make sugardine. Apply it to the gauze pad and then put a dressing on it. Change daily or every other day. If a vet is available, they may want to prescribe an antibiotic.

I will get another photo of his other foot underneath, he’s a tough one to catch. But here is a photo from behind while he’s standing. Thank you for this help.

Edit: No the scabs were there already, I did attempt to pull one off and it fell off in a chunk and then blood started coming out - a fair bit. The darker areas are very hard and crusty.

Maybe try for a picture from the front as well. Those are some massive feet.
Okay he’s really weary of me at the moment since I have been catching him all the time and treating him - so a little camera shy 🙈 I’ve tried my best to get some photos of his dinosaur feet
