I believe he was 1/4 Phoenix, 1/4 polish, and 1/2 leghorn

I hope you go with pea combs, then one day maybe I can trade you for eggs that are Hackle EE's. The ones I'm growing out now look just like hackles, except for the pea combs, beards, and (so far) green eggs. The mother hen has a long tail, but the boys still look short next to the saddle feathers.

I'm on the fence on comb. The single would be better for the climate I'm in and the one i might be moving to but I like the neat little pea combs or a nice rose comb.

I have the bottom frame for the four hoopcoops is almost done. Still need sand in the last two. Should have one completed this week and one very close to being done. The other should be done the weekend after the first two.
