Pullet or Cockerel?

I was told this was a pOrcelain D’uccle pullet a week ago. Still? Sometimes the comb looks pink and so do where the waddles would be. And others it looks pale like her skin. Thoughts?? Ideas? Is this a D’ uccle and is she still a she???she is about 9-10 weeks
