Cats rub their heads on things to leave a scent. They are sort of declaring something as familiar and associated with them.Cat Distribution System?
Well, my sister and I went outside to investigate. There was a cat fight earlier between the neighbors' cat, a cat that looked similar, and a black cat. The black cat went on the side of the house and was very tame. I suspect it is a pet of someone, but I am unsure as to why it showed up here.

Two other things: it was rubbing its head all over stuff and its body too. What is it trying to do?
Second, it also is caked in dust. Will it self clean or something?
