Scaly leg mites?

Ok. My plan of action is initial scrub and soak in warm dawn dish soap water ( 15 minutes or so each chicken ) then slather on the vasoline on each birds legs. I may take up the spray from then on out after the first initial or even the first week. I only have 7 birds, so it shouldnt take too long. Shouldnt lol

Don't scrub too much...you don't want to make the legs raw..get infected.

That sounds like a good start. Kiki already addressed on the scrubbing. You should have it under control in no time with seven chickens.

As long as the mites are killed, Anything the people above mentioned will work. My favorite to use Is Vaseline.
