Do you trim around her eyes? My silkie cockerel was so floofy he couldn't see a piece of bread if I threw it a foot in front of him. I had to get an eyebrow grooming kit and give him a haircut every month.

I have about 30 with poofs like that and yes, it’s a monthly ritual. They are so used to it that they just stand still for me. I use a kitchens scissors or hubbies’ electric razor. They fall asleep when I use his razor.
