Spill PROOF duck waterer

Their here...

The metal feed/water tray worked fine. Once dipped and shown where it was, it was a party...for 20 minutes then I pulled water and the fermented feed. They were quite stressed when I picked them up the box top was undone and the postal employee that brought them to me assured me they were all right and quite cute by removing the top and saying "see!", I almost fainted. The box top was not even secured, like maybe they checked them at the last stop before calling me, but I did not see any tape, staples or such.. I didn't say anything, just grabbed and left and brought them home.

Right now they are sleeping after the initial hydration party. Ill put the water back for a while then remove it until I think they are cool, I know this is not really "necessary", but I feel better doing it.

One girl is pecking everybody. Going to watch that and if she continues to be naughty I will separate with hardware cloth so she can see them but not peck.

Peace finally, kind of....babies stress this 57 year old guy out.

Ducklings need water 24/7.

Thank you. I promise y'all, I am not being dumb and not giving them water or food. :)

I only did that for the first 45 minutes, I was actually on the phone with Metzer to explain the problem with the packaging.

When I picked them up this morning, they were cold, the top was off the box and when they gave them to me I wanted to get them warm as soon as possible. I warmed the water and made sure they did not over do it for the first hour, that is all.

No harm, no fowl. Thank s again. They are all alive and peeping. :)
