Hatching

My sister just rescued a chick and sent it to me last night. It's about 2 weeks old. The original owner didn't really check on the hatchlings until she took them to sell, one of them was injured or splayed and never got treatment. (She also left the incubator's turning function on and didn't put anything textured under their feet - yes I'm salty about it😅).

I don't think the leg is broken, it will grip my finger with the foot. It does not like to have the foot free, it wants to keep its foot pressed against something sideways but doesn't want to bear weight on it. It does not mind too much if I rotate the leg in so long as I'm gentle/slow. I have hobbled the legs together with athletic tape and have been alternating between rolling it up in cloth like a little burrito to keep the legs underneath in a natural position (this is the only way it seems to be comfortable enough to sleep), and taking it out to do like supported squats (It tolerates that well unless I let it go completely).

It has a great appetite, I got some chick starter and have some NutriDrench coming tomorrow. Its poop has gone from unhealthy looking green/runny to semi-solid with the white cap. I don't really know how to tell if it's a slipped tendon or if what I'm doing is helping. I've never had a chick this little before & never hatched any myself so I have no idea what I'm doing. I don't know if what I am doing now is the proper treatment. I'm mostly just trying things that don't upset him/hurt too much.

*How he was found*
His crop is also kinda to the right but I think that's from laying on the other side maybe? Im not sure. He keeps his head kinda toward the affected side unless I'm supporting his chest to stand up.
