The shed is pass rough shape, the entire thing is rotting and the ceiling is caving in, the last owner didn't take care of it well. I wouldn't trust it to protect my flock
You are wise to rip out that rotten shed and start from scratch. However, you can build cheaply. Look for spring clean up. Every season, I COULD collect enough doors and windows to build half a dozen nice big coops AND a green house simply by visiting my town dump! My coop windows and door are salvaged from my town dump. (You can see my coop in my interview which is listed in my signature) I did put a 4' x 2' clean out door behind the perches in my coop. That makes coop cleaning super easy! Other sources of new or nearly new building materials: Habitat for Humanity Re-Store. When I'm planning a build, I stop there often. Salvation Army. Contact local home repair companies. My SIL sub contracts for a roofer. Every week, he is bringing home (or hauling to the dump) LOTS of building materials: plywood, shingles, paving stones, aluminum or vinyl siding, and the list goes on! Some one gave him an ice fishing shack that would make a great coop! A bit of paint and ingenuity could take a free or nearly free shed and turn it into an awesome, classy looking coop. Before designing your coop, see what you can find for free or nearly free materials. Get your doors and windows BEFORE designing the coop. Better to frame up the wall to fit the windows than to frame the wall, then be forced into buying the window to fit the hole you've made!
I'm a 61 year old biddy. In the last 5 years, I've built a cattle panel coop, 2 tractors, and a green house. Hubby and I built the big coop together. If I can build chicken housing, any one can do so.
