Swollen red around eye and foam coming out

Could anyone give me some advice me out on what to do to help my pullet ,one of her eyes is swollen ,and has foam coming out of the corner.

Does she still actually have her eyeball?It looks like she lost her eye or has an infection.

Have you added any new birds recently? Swelling and foamy eye could be a respiratory infection such as MG, but also could be from an injury. Is the yellow on her beak food or dried nasal drainage? I would rinse the eye with saline or eye wash, or hold a wet warm wash cloth wrung out to clean off the eye. Then apply either Terramycin eye ointment from the feed store or plain Neosporin into the eye 2-3 times a day. Let us know if you can see an intact eye.

Yes she does have her eyeball and I cleaned her beak and cleaned off the eye and I put antibiotic eye ointment .I will do this again tomorrow.

Yes she has her eyeball .
