I found a dead sparrow in my pen a few months back. Not sure how it died but no one ate it. I have been having problems with them even with things I have bought that were to scare them away. I have netting over part of the pens but they are smart and can find the smallest hole. Anyone have any luck in chasing them away from the pens?

Nope. Sparrows are eating my birds food too. You'd think the ducks would chase them away but no.
The reason we find a dead one once in a while here is they smack the window.

I have bold chipmunks coming right into the pens to steal their food!

The dux that still sleep in their house are also active during the night: They hunt the mice that woke up due to the mild weather…

Ours are chatting a lot also overnight... It's a global duck uprising being coordinated

Is this the kind of spot that means the egg was fertilized? I just never had a Drake long enough before to actually come across a real fertilized egg.
