Too much humidity? Air cells okay? Saddled air cells? Shipped Eggs.

Today is day 20 for me also and nothing yet. All Silkie eggs, so a little surprised that nothing has started yet. But then they were shipped eggs, so there is that! I was on target for weight loss, so only increased my humidity to 55-60%. On advice of breeder and others, I’m doing the upright hatch vs laying down. I’m super nervous doing it though, as all other hatches have been the traditional laying down method.
How did your hatch go?

Some of the saddled air cells. They’ve gotten SOO much better since day one.
Mine had the same thing happened. Some of those might not hatch. I started with 15, went down to nine. Today 7 have or are hatching today. Two have dead in the egg in just before hatching two days. But we have seven good looking birds. For the last week or two I have had them in an egg carton small end down. Once they had started hatching I layer them on there side to finish hatching. All 7 have made it. I kept the humidity 55 to 60.
