Unbranded ebay incubator??

I have had 2 good hatches in the 56 egg model. They were shipped eggs. I paid 56 bucks for mine and it works ok.
Good to know...
What sort of hatch rates did you get on those two hatches? I found similar incubators on amazon (identical in looks, but with various different brand names), and they had some really nasty reviews. Some people said they only got 10% hatch rates or less... Of course, there's other people saying it works great, so who knows...
I'm just sick and tired of my Little Giant incubator. This last time I tried to hatch in it, the temperature kept spiking to 108 F!! And the heater wouldn't quit, even at those ridiculous temps... Obviously, I got nothing from that batch. I think the thermostat is busted.
When it did work, I got 50% hatch rates, which I feel is a bit low (these were not shipped eggs, either).

I've heard mixed reviews on these, from what I can gather there not recommended as the egg gunk will get all through the fans below, plus hard to clean! I use an unbranded incubator, got my first 3 chicks today! pipped and zipped in one day. (not sure if that's actually normal to hatch that fast? hatched after first pip in under one hour...) this is similar to what I used, though be warned most unbranded incubators don't come with assembly instructions, I spent hours piecing mine together!

Got mine incubating in one of those now. Paid 58 off ebay. The humidity is off and so is temp but i saw viable eggs last night. Got new temp and humidity therm. 10 out of 14 eggs have viens. One was black inside so i opened it last night over toilet and it was el-grooss. Was old egg and was rotting. Ewwwww. See how they turn out but im hopeful!

Why not just replace the thermostat...with one of these:

I put one in my GQF sportsman and it holds temp like a dream.
