Sefirothe
On A Clucking Adventure
My salmon faverolles has had a messy butt the last couple weeks. She’s just come into lay and this seems to coincide. She’s also the lowest on the pecking order and very much easily stressed.
I originally just thought it was stress and coming into lay. So three days ago I gave her a butt bath and trimmed some of her butt fluff. But this is her today.
She’s already pretty well caked back up again.
I can’t tell you if it stinks or not. I don’t smell well anymore, I barely notice any smell when I take the lid off the poop bucket to clean their poop board to give you an example.
She’s still laying, normal activity, eating and drinking.
I have some of this antifungal cream. Can I start feeding a pea sized amount mixed with some bread to treat her?
