I can’t prove it but I will talk to the people at the post office tomorrow and let them know my displeasure maybe they can contact the jerk. They were so cold I’m sure the people at the post office got them that way they are always great when I get chicks. This is also the first batch of chicks I have received in one day and the worst survival. I had the same order last year and there was one dead and I lost 3 others to leg problems but that was it.

I had not noticed ones missing allot I know celtichorse is working enormous hours we have new people but because there is so little going on here they are not coming in either

Got my replacement chicks yesterday ended up with another 8 dead. I talked to post office people on Wednesday I no the truck driver had them up front with him as he was there when I picked up the chicks and they were not peeping loudly when I got them I’m sure the losses were from Caldwell Idaho to moses lake that’s when I think they got cold. Dunlap hatchery refunded money for the last 8 dead, when I talked to them I mentioned I just grabbed 10 Cornish X from north 40 in moses lake to make up my difference Dunlap hatchery sends them there chicks so I will just go there next year. I would want to get them on the first day because they don’t take good care of them. I couldn’t believe it they have aquariums with heat lamps like 3 feet above the chicks all the chicks were under the lamps piled up standing on there toes trying to get warm instead of eating or drinking. Then they have little like happy meal boxes with no bedding just slick bottom to send your chicks home I had bedding in my truck to put on the bottom so they didnt end up with splayed legs people are dumb.
