Good to have you back then. It's been a couple of years since I last posted I think. Life got super busy, doesn't it always?
Yep, 36 at 5:30amIce on the puddles here this morning.
It came up in convo yesterday at the Kelso Wilco and the gal who orders the chicks said the full list of hatcheries they order from is: Hoover, Ideal, McMurray, Jenks, and Cackle. All chicks (and hatcheries) are NPIP compliant and vaccinated most things accept coccidiosis. She keeps paperwork on the birds going back years! Definitely reassuring that they are probably some of the better hatchery birds in the area. When I called Kelso last month they told me (I hope I remember accurately!) they use Hoover and McMurray and at least one more in Oregon. I think the Battle Ground Wilco is similar but not exact.
