Morning well headed to the hospital this morning.
They asked about as surgery to clean our his bladder there is a bug in it. They have not fed him as they think he will choke on it.
He was awake waiting for us.
He had apple sauce and water while I was there.

Nice that he was awake and happy to see you. Is he going to have the surgery?

Dr said he quite a spitfire I just agreed with a smile.
They did feed him dinner last night.
James took off a bit ago to see his brother.

Great looking plants! I opened up my bag of pine shavings and changed the chicks' home over. They sure like laying on that heating pad. And they're learning the joys of dust bathing now that they have the shavings to flutter around in.

Got a lot more peas planted too. Productive day.

Got a nice 87 gram jumbo egg this morning. Getting ready to pack my latest batch of sauerkraut in pint jars. Chicks are happy under their new ceramic heating bulb.
