Weird white bump on hen earlobe (photos)

Hi! I noticed a week ago a black looking scab on my hen’s ear. It has since grown what looks like a white bump underneath. Sort of like a pimple. Can anyone advise what to do?? I’m trying to just leave alone and observe her behavior to see if it bothers her, which it doesn’t seem to have affected her at all to this point. I read a different thread where the person removed the cyst-looking bump but was left with a gaping wound. That i do not want to deal with. Think her body will just reabsorb it in time?

Looks like it may be ear canker. Possible it's due to an injury.

Is there any pus or infection inside the ear? Any other symptoms?

Doubtful it will go away on its own. If she were mine, I'd clean the affected area with Chlorhexidine, work on removing the scab or pus. Swab clean then apply triple antibiotic ointment.
